I Crossed the Bridge **************************** I crossed the bridge and went home today. But please donâ??t weep and be afraid. My new home is a beautiful place. So smile and wipe those tears from your face. Iâ??m so happy here with all my friends. I have come to the place where life never ends. The streets are paved with glistening gold. Weâ??re all healthy and young here; no sick and old. We lie on the clouds so fluffy and white. And play on the stars as they guide us each night. Please listen well and remember this. Iâ??ll see you here in this land of bliss. When itâ??s time for you to join me, Iâ??ll stand near the ridge And greet you on the Rainbow Bridge.
